Lumiqa ("we", "us") provides a creative production workspace. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect
- Account data — email, name (via Clerk).
- Workspace data — projects, videos, comments, team member info you create.
- Billing data — customer ID and subscription state (via Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
- Usage logs — audit trail of actions taken in your workspace.
Processors
- Clerk — authentication
- Stripe — payments
- Cloudflare — hosting, database (D1), storage (R2), edge delivery
- Resend — transactional email
Data location
Data is stored in Cloudflare's EU region by default. R2 buckets are region-agnostic but accessed from EU edges.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your workspace data at any time. Email hello@lumiqa.io.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website.
- GA4 uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and referral source.
- No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
- Analytics tracking is only activated after you provide consent via our cookie banner.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restrict processing

Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default).
- You can request deletion of your data at any time.
California (CCPA) Rights
We do not sell personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request access to it, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact hello@lumiqa.io. We respond within 45 days.
